PVC Dotted Spunlace Nonwoven Material for Anti-Slip Wiping Applications
This PVC dotted spunlace nonwoven material is designed to provide enhanced grip and anti-slip performance while maintaining the softness and absorbency of traditional spunlace fabrics. The material is produced by applying soft PVC dots onto the surface of a spunlace nonwoven base through a controlled dot coating process.
Unlike rigid plastic coatings, the PVC dots feature a slightly elastic and flexible texture, improving friction without compromising hand feel or usability. The underlying spunlace base can be customized with different fiber compositions, allowing performance to be tailored according to specific application requirements.
This material is suitable for a wide range of wiping and cleaning applications where stability, control, and absorption are required.
Material Structure & Options
Spunlace Base Fabric
The base fabric is a conventional spunlace nonwoven, available in multiple fiber compositions to adjust absorbency, softness, and strength:
• 30% Viscose / 70% Polyester
• 50% Viscose / 50% Polyester
• 100% Viscose (high absorbency, soft hand feel)
• 100% Polyester (high strength, low linting)
Different fiber blends can be selected depending on the desired liquid absorption and durability level.
PVC Dot Coating
• Soft PVC dots applied through dot coating technology
• Slight elasticity for improved grip and comfort

• Does not significantly reduce fabric flexibility or absorbency
