In this video, we will show you the production process of woodpulp spunlace nonwoven material, a commonly used material for disposable wipe applications.
Carding and web forming are key processes in nonwoven fabric production and play an important role in determining the characteristics of spunlace nonwoven fabrics.
To improve production flexibility and product consistency, D-TEX introduced an Italian-imported carding and laying machine and built a new 3200mm-wide production line. This enables us to provide customers with parallel lapping and cross lapping product options for different application requirements.
