D-TEX introduces its premium colored microfiber spunlace nonwoven material, made from a 70% PET and 30% PA6 bicomponent structure. Through high-pressure hydroentanglement, the fibers are split into ultrafine filaments and bonded into a dense, uniform, three-dimensional web structure. This advanced process delivers exceptional performance across both industrial and high-end consumer applications. In addition to standard white, the material can be custom-colored to match customer specifications—an ideal feature for applications requiring visual management, branding, or functional zoning.
