Product Overview
This cross-laid woodpulp polyester spunlace nonwoven for industrial wipes represents an upgraded solution within the D-TEX product range, developed for applications requiring higher strength, wider width, and more stable performance.
Compared to standard parallel-laid materials, this cross-laid spunlace nonwoven features a reinforced fiber orientation, delivering balanced tensile strength in both machine direction (MD) and cross direction (CD). This structural advantage significantly improves durability and reliability, especially in demanding industrial environments and high-speed automated wiping systems.
Manufactured with a classic 55% woodpulp (cellulose) and 45% polyester blend, the material maintains excellent absorbency and wiping efficiency, while offering superior mechanical performance. Produced through a wet-laid hydroentanglement process without chemical binders, it ensures a clean, uniform surface suitable for both general and precision cleaning tasks.
The upgraded production line enables an extra-wide usable width of up to 320 cm, making this material ideal for large-format converting and roll goods production. It is particularly suitable for customers requiring compatibility with automated wiping equipment, roller systems, and continuous cleaning processes.
As a high-performance industrial wipes material, it is widely used in industries where both strength and consistency are critical, including automotive manufacturing, electronics, printing, and precision engineering.
