Technical Insight
In D-TEX’s process, approximately 85% of the composition consists of fiber, while the remaining portion includes binder agents—applied through spray or foam methods. Additional fibers or powders can also be incorporated and activated via heat curing to achieve desired softness, absorbency, or tensile strength. This advanced process enables a textile-like structure, providing both comfort and durability—ideal for high-performance disposable wiping products.
