D-TEX Introduces New Pattern Designs for 100% Viscose Spunlace Nonwoven Materials

D-TEX announces the introduction of two new pattern designs for its 100% Viscose Spunlace Nonwoven Material Series, expanding material options for customers seeking differentiated solutions in premium disposable care applications.

Developed through advanced pattern-forming technology, the new Triangle Pattern and Twill Pattern provide a structured surface appearance while maintaining the softness, flexibility, and absorbency characteristics of viscose spunlace nonwoven materials. The textured surface design helps create a more refined visual effect compared with standard plain materials, supporting product differentiation in various disposable applications.

Made from 100% viscose fibers and produced through a semi-cross lapping and hydroentanglement process, these patterned spunlace materials feature a soft hand feel and comfortable skin contact properties. With an available basis weight range of 35-120gsm and recommended specifications of 70-100gsm for premium disposable products, the materials can be adapted to different product requirements.

The combination of patterned appearance and soft material performance provides customers with more choices when developing premium disposable products.

With these newly developed pattern designs, D-TEX continues to expand its spunlace nonwoven material portfolio and support customers with flexible material solutions for evolving market applications.
