D-TEX Mask Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric
Mask meltblown nonwoven fabric is commonly used as a filtration layer in disposable mask structures. It is mainly made from polypropylene, with fiber diameters typically ranging from 1 to 5 microns.
The material features a fine fiber structure, high porosity, and good wrinkle resistance. Its ultrafine fibers create a large surface area and capillary structure, providing filtration, barrier, thermal insulation, and liquid absorption properties.
Performance
● Filtration: Suitable for air and liquid filtration applications
● Barrier performance: Provides effective particle barrier properties
● Thermal insulation: Offers thermal insulation characteristics
● Oil absorption: Capable of absorbing oil and other liquids
